Charles Collier, Co-founder and CEOAs a founding Senior Partner, Charles acts as Director of Product Development and Client Relations. He oversees strategic product development and the market research practices at Mount Vernon Strategies. Charles co-founded MVS in 1994, and has overseen its growth as an industry leader in consumer goods and technology arenas. Prior to co-founding MVS, Collier worked as a consultant for KSA, a Washington, DC-based consulting firm. He previously worked for the New York Times Company, and was a candidate for the Massachusetts Legislature in 1994. Charles was appointed to the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Massachusetts Advisory Council in May of 1997 and sits on the Board of Directors of the West End House Boys and Girls Club.
