Which Position Do I Apply For?
MVS team members come from a wide variety of backgrounds, and possess diverse skill sets and levels of industry experience. To find out where you would probably best fit into our team, please take a moment to review the typical qualifications associated with each MVS career stage.
What Can I Expect During the Interview Process?
Given the highly interactive work style at MVS, we like to ensure that each candidate meets with as many MVS team members as possible. Oftentimes, this means several rounds of interviews and interaction with all levels of MVS staff-from our Interns to our Partners.
To get a better impression of a given candidate's analytical and communication skills, we incorporate a significant case study element into our interview process. Candidates are walked through a hypothetical business situation, and then asked to identify and analyze potential problem areas. Findings are then presented in either verbal or written form, depending upon the case in question.
