Open Solutions, Inc. Announces Completion of Initial Public Offering Raising Approximately $88 million

Glastonbury, Conn. Dec 10, 2003 -- Open Solutions Inc. (NASDAQ: OPEN), a provider of software and services for financial institutions, today announced that it completed its initial public offering of 5,750,000 shares of common stock on December 2, 2003.

High Falls Brewing Company engages MVS. High Falls Brewing Company, located in Rochester, NY, is the fifth largest brewing company in America, and is the brewer of brands including JW Dundee's Honey Brown Lager, Michael Shea's Irish Amber, Genny Light, the Genesee Family of brands and Koch's Golden Anniversary. High Falls distributes its fine products across 41 states and Ontario, Canada.

GoBoston engages MVS to assist with the development of a business plan that will be used to raise additional capital.

June 2003

Former client CircleLending Inc., was featured on the front page of the Boston Business Journal in the May 30th issue. Headed by Howard Schwartz, Director and Asheesh Advani, President and CEO, the Cambridge-based startup hired MVS to write a business plan that led to the raising of $1 million.

MVS Technology Solutions practice is hired by Merrill Lynch Boston to manage and support CRM (Customer Relationship Management) application for high net worth customers.

MVS Senior Partner and co-founder Charles Collier weds Jodi Kesser at the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum in St. Michaels, Maryland.

MVS Senior Partner, Charles Collier, speaks before 120 people at WPI’s Technology Forum www.wpiventureforum.org. Collier’s presentation was centered on how to write a successful business plan in today’s economic environment.

MVS hosts a networking reception for at the Harvard Club Boston. Attending were clients of the firm, venture capitalists, representatives of the major Boston law and accounting firms. MVS' newest Senior Partner, John Kogan, was introduced. Mr. Kogan, who spent 18 years at Goldman Sachs Company, said, “He is extremely happy about his transition to MVS, and looks forward to continuing his work managing technology solutions for large companies.”
